Sycamore Vino Cucina celebrates Nonna's this Mother’s Day
Drawing inspiration from Italian roots
Honouring the matriarch of any good Italian family - ‘the Nonna’ - this Mother’s Day, Sycamore Vino Cucina’s Executive Head Chef Rafael Liuth is giving a unique Italian twist to the traditional celebrations, creating two limited-edition dishes inspired by his very own grandmother.
The specials include Tagliatelle Paglia e Fieno and Tortellini in Brodo. Both limited-edition dishes are available throughout March and celebrate Amore Nonna: the love of traditions passed down through the generations as well as a gourmet love affair with Lombardy and the ingredients typically found here, developing the restaurant’s menu series which spotlights a new area of Italy each month.
Sycamore Vino Cucina is extending this warm Italian welcome to guests with each Nonna who dines from the special menu in March welcomed warmly into the restaurant with a celebratory glass of fizz and added gift from the team.
