This hotel was perfect! Check-in was amazingly pleasant, with being able to relax in a soft chair whilst Joanna efficiently checked me in. I was also able to have an early check-in because of availability. The room was perfect, with a Nespresso machine, tea, lovely complimentary cake, the softest and most comfortable robe ever! There was no noise from outside even though it was a busy weekend. The library was also a quiet and comfortable spot with lots of good reads. Location is perfect, a very short walk to everything that is fun and lots of food spots, tube etc… you can walk from Holborn Station. Highly, highly recommend. Joanna is customer service personified.

This is a superb hotel located in Covent Garden. I stayed here over a weekend. The hotel has a chilled-out and relaxed vibe. The people who work here are truly customer-focused, friendly, and professional. Every detail is superbly taken care of. The rooms are very comfortable. You won't be disappointed!

Needed a place to stay in central London after a show and this was the perfect place. Fabulous location with shows, shopping, and all London has to offer on the doorstep. The room was amazing, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Extra little touches such as welcome drinks while checking in were really appreciated. This hotel ticked all the boxes and we can’t wait to stay again. Thanks to all the team for such a great stay.

What an amazing hotel! Just a short walk to all the musical theatres and to Covent Garden, the hotel is in the perfect spot. On my arrival the staff were very welcoming and accommodating, the hotel itself is visually beautiful and the rooms are luxurious and relaxing - the bed extremely comfortable. I slept for 9 hrs, which I never do at home! The food at the restaurant and bar was delicious, as well as the cocktails. I will definitely be returning to stay a night or two in the future and that’s why I’m giving them 5 stars!
