General

  1. What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 2pm and check-out is 11am.

  2. Do you offer room service?

    Room service is available:
    6:30 - 11:00 for breakfast
    11:00 - 2:00 room service menu and drinks menu

    Tray charge will apply.

  3. Do you accept pets?

    We welcome assistance dogs. Pet-friendly rooms are also available on request - charges apply.

  4. Do you offer online check in?

    This is currently not available, but please check back for updates.

  5. Are there laundry services on site?

    Full laundry and dry cleaning services are available, please contact us at hello@middleeight.com to find out more.

  6. Is there Wi-Fi?

    Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel including our restaurants, bars, rooms and suites.

  7. Do your rooms have air conditioning?

    All our rooms and suites have air conditioning.

  8. When is reception open?

    Guest assistance and reception services are available 24 hours a day.

  9. What's the best way for me to get to Middle Eight?

    Whether you're travelling by public transport or car, you'll find detailed directions here.

  10. How can I provide feedback on my stay?

    We endeavour to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay but sometimes things can you awry. If you wish to discuss your feedback with us please contact us on hello@middleeight.com.

Dining

  1. When is Sycamore open?

    Food is served at the following times:

    Breakfast: 6:30 – 11:00
    Lunch: 12:00 – 15:00
    Dinner: 17:00 – 22:00 (Monday to Saturday)

    Dolce Counter - All afternoon, serving teas, coffees, drinks and patisserie treats.

    Sycamore Bar - 6.30am - 10pm, light bites are served from 12:00 – 22:00.

  2. Do I need to make a reservation to dine at Sycamore?

    Due to the popularity of Sycamore restaurant, we recommend booking in advance if you would like to dine with us during your stay. If the date of your request is fully booked, please do contact us directly and we would be happy to assist.

  3. When is The Balcony open?

    Light bites are served in The Balcony from 7:00 – 22:00.

  4. What are the opening times for QT?

    From October 2020 to February 2021, QT is available for private hire from 8:00 – 3:00. From March 2021, QT is open the following times:

    Sunday to Wednesday: 17:00 – Midnight
    Thursday to Saturday 17:00 – 2:00am

  5. Are the events at QT free to attend?

    QT Bar hosts a calendar of events, many of which are free to attend. For our current calendar of events please visit QT.

Reservations

  1. What is your policy around COVID-19?

    For details of our flexible booking policy and all procedures related to COVID-19, please refer to our Stay Assured Booklet

  2. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept cheque payments.

    Upon check-in/reservation, we will request a pre-authorisation of your credit/debit card. The pre-authorisation is not a charge and no funds will be debited from your account during this process.

  3. Is VAT included?

    Yes, all our booked rates include VAT.

  4. How can I get the best price for my booking?

    Our best available rates will always be offered via middleeight.com. Should you find a 'fully packaged rate' cheaper online, we will offer our price match service. Our price promise guarantee is valid on 'packaged rates'. Proof of package like for like will be requested upon booking.
