This winter, mastermind duo Gary Lee (formerly executive chef of The Ivy Restaurant) and author and wellness consultant, Mira Manek combine their culinary expertise to serve up mindful and mood-boosting plant-based plates designed for optimum health benefits whilst featuring the finest of the season’s offering.
